When should I start the design process? |
|
I can begin the design process at any time, however it is best to allow at least 4-6 weeks for design and assembly before you need your invitations. Most invitations can be designed within a 2-3 week period and assembled in the same amount of time. We can always begin designing early and wait to print and assemble until the final details are confirmed.

What type of printing do you offer?
|
|
Flat printing via Color Laser Printer is done in-house, but I do have a vendor that does Thermography (Raised Letter Printing). Please contact us if you require more information.

Will my invitations be assembled?
|
|
No. This is an additional cost. |

What do you suggest for adhesive? |
|
The Adhesive Trasfer Gun (ATG) and Tape are an ideal and economical option for assembling your project. The ATG applies a thin strip of pressure sensitive adhesive. There is no mess or clean up.
Use Glue Dots Mini or Memory adhering smaller items such as bows or charms. Use Glue Dots Pop-up to give your invitation a 3D affect.
I also suggest Tombo Mono Adhesive Permanant or Removeable Dispenser Tape.
You can purchase any of these adhesives through me or find anywhere on-line.

How do I receive my finished product? |
|
Finished product will be packed securely and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you live in the 50 mile radius of Easton, PA, you can choose to pick up your order or have it hand-delivered.

Will you print invitations in a foreign language and is there a fee. |
|
Yes. Please send to me exactly what is to be typed and a proof will be sent back for approval via email. There is no additional cost for this.

The costs vary depending on service and weight, in the continental United States.
Blank Stock Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified) . Expedited shipping is also available at additional costs in the form of 3 Day Select, 2-day or Next Day.
Customized Orders (printed and/or assembled) will ship via USPS Priority mail. Expedited shipping is also available at additional costs in the form of Express Mail.

Can I just purchase blank Envelopment Products? |

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?

In order to keep our prices low, we only accept refunds on damaged or defective items.
All claims pertaining to damaged or defective items must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

How do I know if the color I see on my screen is going to be the actual color ofthe product? |
|
All computer screens can vary greatly and you have a few options...Purchase the Mini Swatch Deck, a sample card stock swatch (2x2) or any size Pocketfold, Envelopment, Z-Card, Gatefold or Portable Pocket. You do not need to purchase a Mini Swatch Deck to purchase samples. All of these items can be ordered by going to Envelopments Order Request.

How do I obtain a sample? |

Since everything is custom designed, products are not in stock. All samples are made to order and need to be purchased.
